Paperwork
What records you need to keep and what they look like. You photograph my samples and leave with ready-made templates.
Two students. Five live models in practice. Forty theory lessons. A professional interpreter in every class. Dates fit your schedule.
Message me any time — I’ll reply in the morning.

You watch the theory on your phone. At your own pace, in between everything else.
Practice in the studio. A live model from day one, and I’m right beside you.
You work on your own while I’m in the studio. A dress rehearsal before your first client.
A portfolio in hand, a six-month plan and my number — message me any time.
Daytime work. A schedule you set yourself. Evenings at home.
Students per course. Classes in pairs — never large groups.
Live models: five during the course and two on practice days. I choose each one in advance for the topic of the day.
What you spend on materials during the course. Everything is provided.

It’s hard to learn from videos — nobody sees your hands. And everything comes down to your hands: grip, angle, pressure. You can only see that up close.
That’s why there are only two students per course. I watch what each hand is doing and tell you what to change. Usually one day is enough for the movement to click.
Students come to me after other courses and after trying on their own. Your age, whether you’re left- or right-handed, any previous experience — none of it affects the result.
Don’t speak Polish or Ukrainian? A professional interpreter is with you in every class, translating every explanation and every tip about your technique — nothing gets lost.
You go through the theory at home beforehand, so all five studio days are spent working with your hands.

Every studio day means a live model and hands-on work. The day’s theory is short and goes straight into practice.
Start with step one →I’ll answer your questions and ask about your schedule and experience. By voice message or text — whatever suits you.
The same day. 40 lessons to watch at home.
A live model from day one. I’m beside you all day. Each day has its own topic, and I choose the models in advance from photos of their nails to match it.
You bring your own model and work on your own. Need more days? We’ll add more.
Message me a month later, or a year later.

A dedicated lesson: cutting cuticles with scissors, no nicks.
Precision isn’t luck or a “steady hand”. It’s angle, pressure and the order of movements. We go through it slowly, step by step, until your hand does it on its own.
By the end of the course you sit down at the table without nerves.
“There were no nicks, because you taught me to work carefully and step by step”

Working in Poland isn’t hard once you know the rules. We cover them in the course, calmly and step by step.

What you actually need and what you can skip. An autoclave isn’t required at the start — there’s a simpler, fully legal option.
Since 2026 you can start legally without registering a company (unregistered activity, “działalność nierejestrowana”): the limit is counted per quarter and is 10,813.50 zł. No ZUS contributions, no accountant.
This is a profession that stays with you. It won’t disappear with a new job or a move.
Doing manicures and earning from manicures are two different skills. The second is rarely taught.
The course ends not just with a certificate but with a clear roadmap: what to do in week one, week two and beyond.
We’ll go through a specific salon’s terms together before you sign anything.
Materials, tools, lamps, polishes, models — everything is provided.
You’ll need your own tools. We discuss the kit during the course: it depends on your plans and budget. I’ll tell you what to start with and what can wait.
A gel polish manicure in Kraków costs around 150 zł on average. With extras — French, strengthening, nail art — a visit comes to 180–200 zł.
Clients come back every 3–4 weeks, so your client base grows on its own. And you can study without quitting your job: theory at home, five days of practice.

In two instalments: a deposit up front — and theory unlocks — the rest before practice begins.
We sign a training agreement.
I refund the days you haven’t used.

I’m Alina Nesterenko. A nail technician since 2014 and a medallist at the Ukrainian Championship as part of a team.
I teach in Polish, Ukrainian and Russian — and for international students, in English and Spanish together with a professional interpreter.
I came to Poland with my child and started over here. So you don’t need to explain schedules, renting or “no one to leave my daughter with” to me.
I was featured in Ukrainian Self-made Women in Poland — a collection of women who have built their own businesses here.
I love it when my students succeed. That’s why I started teaching.
Our graduates include international students: a student from Colombia has already completed the course successfully, working with our interpreter.

She did a trial model — the salon owner praised her filing. The next day she worked her first shift: three clients, all happy, plus tips.
She dreamed of changing jobs. Now she works at a boutique salon in Kraków.
She finished the course — and started a new job that same month.
After the course she found the courage to join a salon; now she works for herself and chooses her own workload.
Eight years in the profession. She supports herself and her two children.
“It means so much to me that you care about what happens to your students afterwards”
Messages in their original language — Ukrainian and Russian.

We shoot your portfolio during the course: photos of your work, process videos, photos of you at your workstation. About a month’s worth of posts.
It’s what you open on your phone when a salon asks about your experience. The same material builds your Instagram — that’s where clients find you. Plus a bonus photography lesson and help setting up on Booksy.

After the course you join our community — around thirty nail technicians today. We share work, talk through pricing and ask about anything.
Plus in-person meetups and workshops — dates and topics are announced in advance.

Already a nail technician and want to polish a specific skill? Message me — we’ll find a shorter format.

Nothing during the course. After that you’ll need your own tools. We discuss the kit during the course — it depends on your plans and budget.
Some of my students were hired straight away. I’ll help you go through a specific salon’s terms. I don’t promise a job — I promise solid training and a portfolio.
We fit them to you. Tell me which days you’re free.
No. People train in their 40s and later.
I teach left-handed students — not a problem.
Polish, Ukrainian or Russian — and for international students, English or Spanish with our professional interpreter. A student from Colombia has already graduated with us. And if your Polish is still basic, don’t worry: everyday Polish is enough to work with clients.
Instagram is how you’ll attract clients, so we shoot content for it during the course: photos and videos of your work. And we help you set up on Booksy.
